Treat Yourself <3
I thought today would be a great day to remind anyone reading this to treat yourself! For the longest time I always felt uncomfortable having to be in my own company. Since sobering up and allowing myself to have that alone time I’ve realized how important it is. So, my challenge of the day is to ask you to take at least an hour for yourself, just to do whatever it is that makes your heart happy. Read that book you have been putting off, go for that pedicure you have been wanting to get. Maybe even hit up the gym. Do whatever it is that will make you feel good inside! Sometimes on days like this I will take a nap and not feel guilty about it. Doing what you need to do for yourself isn’t selfish, it’s important! So, listen to what your innerself needs and go for it! TREAT YOURSELF! ;)
